Anyone planning to row tomorrow AM? I imagine some who raced yesterday (amazing to watch!) may be resting up. So far I’m the only one booked for 6:30am tomorrow, curious if anyone else is planning to (if not, I’ll rebook for a different time with a buddy 😊).

Thanks Sherry! FYI there are 2 x 2L jugs of H2O in fridge at boathouse (reusable jugs with handy carrying straps/rings for carabiners; used for Petrie; recently refilled via sink next to fridge). Feel free to use them on Sunday (no one drank out of the straws; they were used for refilling smaller bottles).

While searching for tips on standing in the shell, I came across this document from Faster Masters. Good training for all of us!
Next week masters will start at 630 but still end at 730 for those who must get to work early.
