For Thurs Aug 29th - Practice Focus: Stroke Power
With Burnstown only a few short weeks away, we'll be working on maximizing blade efficiency and stroke power.
It's crew day. Be prepared to get assigned to a crew boat tomorrow AM.
Once again, we'll have homework assignments - you'll be responsible for a short explanation of your section of the workout, including a brief description of the drill and why it is helpful in finding a good blade depth.
What "common errors" do these drills fix?

Apologies, but I've come down with something: very sniffly, and a light cough - hopefully just a cold. But I think rowing with a crew would not be very considerate. Will hopefully be better by Tues!
