About the Event
After two years of rowing singles, it is time to get back into bigger boats. Taking a double instead of two singles means that there are more boats available for more people. It lets you learn how to co-ordinate your rowing with someone else and you could even learn something from them! It will also set you up to row more effectively in a quad and provides a social rowing opportunity. Doubles are also more stable than singles, making them a good option for those choppier water days.
Join the doubles clinic on Tuesday June 14 to learn (or re-learn) how to row as a team. Anyone who has rowed at least one season is welcome to join. More experienced rowers will have the chance to get familiar with some of our racing doubles.
